#  Fazuľová nátierka

Fazuľa je jedna z najjednoduchších ciest ku zdraviu a ku kráse. Uvarenú fazuľu rozmixujte s uvedenými prísadami. Zmiešajte s najemno nastrúhanou zeleninou.

**Čo potrebujete**:

- 150 g ľubovolnej fazule
- 50 g cukety (dyne, patizónu)
- 50 g kalerábu
- 1 lyžicu nastrúhaného chrenu
- 1 lyžičku zázvoru
- 1 lyžičku saturejky
- 1 lyžičku tymiánu alebo rozmarínu
- 2 lyžičky morskej soli
- 2 lyžice olivového alebo iného oleja

Podávajte s celozrnným pečivom.
